2. Dino checks the rules
Dino checks your wallet, budget, limits, and approval rules before anything moves.
3. Dino creates the card
If the request is approved, Dino makes a fresh card for that exact amount.
4. Dino tracks what happened
When the purchase settles, Dino records it. If it never goes through, the held money goes back.
